We begin with a one on one, in person consultation where we discuss your needs, your goals, your health and current level of fitness, and we will then form a plan for you to achieve those goals with one on one personal training sessions following an individual programme designed specifically for you. I cater to all ages and fitness levels, with a specific interest in training adults over 40.

Small groups (up to four people) training together. A fun and enjoyable option for those who want to work out with friends.

Custom designed programmes for more experienced lifters who may have found they are struggling to continue making gains. We will discuss your goals, your current training, and review your technique before writing a custom programme for you to follow in your own time. Pricing is per programme and includes consultations.

Custom designed strength and conditioning programmes for athletes looking to improve general strength and conditioning in order to improve sports performance. I cater to athletes at all levels, including juniors, and offer both one on one sessions or take away programme design to train yourself.
